GETTING HERE

The easiest way to find the campsite, is using the map above, or typing "The Lorax Patch" into Google Maps.
PLEASE NOTE, THE POSTCODE WILL NOT ACCURATELY GET YOU TO OUR SITE, YOU WILL END UP 1/4 MILE AWAY.

 

If you prefer things a bit old school, then here are some directions:

• Get yourself to Morrisons in Wells (BA5 1SQ). This is on the main road out of Wells towards Shepton Mallet.

• Turn left out of the Morrisons car park towards Shepton mallet (A371), take the first turn right (about 1 mile, signposted towards North Wotton).

• Do not take the immediate left turn, but carry on straight.

• After ½ a mile ignore a turning on your left, and carry straight on.

• Continue for another ¼ mile, and you’ll find the hedge on the left ends and becomes a willow coppice. This field on the left is ours, and after the willow there is a gate-entrance. The large timber gate is set back a few metres from the road, and is painted red.

• Please enter through this gateway, and park on the hard standing

• If you are on the right road but you go too far, you’ll see a few houses on the right hand side. Turn around, drive ¼ mile back from these houses and look for us on your right.
